This initiative was launched by IGNOU Vice Chancellor Prof. Nageshwar Rao on Friday, in the presence of prominent figures in the field of journalism like former editorial director of Aaj Tak – Qamar Waheed Naqvi and former IIMC Director – Prof. J S Yadav.
