Indira Gandhi National Open University Campus Placement Cell is organising a Campus Placement Drive for SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. on August 4, 2023. This is a great opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates alike to join a reputable organization and build a successful career in sales.

The job positions available are Unit Managers and Business Development Managers, with a permanent nature of employment. The key responsibilities of the job include familiarizing oneself with all products and services offered by the organization, procuring new clients through direct contact and with the collaboration between the life mitra and the bankers (CIFs). The key skills required for the job include sales planning, customer relationship, effective communication skills, and time management.

The salary package for the job is 2.85 LPA plus incentives and reimbursements. The academic qualification required is graduation, and candidates who have recently appeared for graduation final year may also apply. The age limit for the job is a minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 30 years. The posting location is across various branches in Delhi/NCR.

The selection process for the job includes a written and online test, group discussion, and personal interview by panel. A brief introductory session (Pre-placement-talk) highlighting company profile, job requirements, CTC, etc. will be conducted before the placement drive. Applicants are required to carry two copies of their updated Resume/CV and IGNOU ID Card (two copies). The selection process may continue till late evening, and applicants are advised to come prepared to stay till late evening. Applicants reporting after 11.00 AM shall not be allowed to participate in the Placement Drive.
