IGNOU Last Date For New Admission and Re-Registration Has Been Extended

On Thursday 28th December, 2017 IGNOU(Indira Gandhi National Open University)extended the last date for New Admissions and Re-Registrations. The new date for submission of new admission form and re-registration form is 31st January, 2018.

Those who are yet to submit their fee, can now submit till 15th January 2018 without any late fee.

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended its deadline for January admissions for its various programmes till 31 January, said a statement from the open university. “The last date of admission to the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) for January 2018 session for admission to masters, bachelor’s degree, diploma, and PG Diploma programmes, including the semester based programmes and all other courses have been extended up to 31st January 2018,” said the Registrar in-charge, Student Registration Division, Prof. Sri Latha.

The admission forms can be filled online at https://onlineadmission.ignou.ac.in/admission

“Due to heavy traffic on the online admission server, the system response is slow. As a result, many applicants willing to apply for admission are unable to apply,” clarified Dr. V. P. Rupam, Head, E-Support, IGNOU
