Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) on its official website ignou.ac.in, has announced that the online examination form submission has begun for Term End Exam (TEE). The exam is scheduled to be held in June 2018. The students who have enrolled for various programmes at the open university can submit the TEE form till 30 April without late fees. While candidates can submit the form from May 1 to May 10, 2018 with a late fee of Rs 1000. The varsity has issued some guidelines and instructions for submission of online examination form on it official website.

As per the notification on the website: ‘Students are advised to ensure that their registration is valid and they are eligible for the course(s) for which they are submitting examination form for Term End Examination June 2018 as per IGNOU prospectus and programme guide.’ The examination fee is Rs 120 each for theory and practical courses, while the students can make the payment of the exam fee through credit card/debit card/internet banking.

Term End Examination Form: How to fill and submit the form?

Step 1) Log on to the official website: ignou.ac.in
Step 2) On the homepage, click on the link that says ‘Online Submission of TEE June 2018 Examination Form’
Step 3) A page will appear, which will have ‘guidelines and instructions for submission of on-line examination form’
Step 4) Select and enter Programme code from the options available
Step 5) Select Examination Centre Code from the options available on the website
Step 6) Select course(s) carefully while filling the examination form as per your registration details available in IGNOU website
Step 7) Submit the application form
Step 8) After successful submission of examination form, you will receive an acknowledgement with Control Number on the screen
Step 9) Please retain the auto generated Control Number for your reference and record
Step 10) In case detail regarding examination form submission is not available, you may submit the form again.

Candidates must ensure that they have already submitted the assignments as per their respective courses for which they are submitting examination form. According to the University’s rule, hall tickets will NOT be issued to the students who fail to submit their assignments. The hall ticket for the TEE June 2018 will be released 7 to 10 days before the scheduled date.
